Agreement
These terms cover https://mistershamir.com and related Mister Shamir ApS (CVR 46483901) software agents that connect to Adobe services for accounts we operate, including contact@mistershamir.com. By using the site or authorizing the Adobe integration, you agree to these terms.
The Adobe agent tooling
The Mister Shamir Agents Adobe integration is an internal operations tool. It may read and organize Lightroom cloud content after you sign in and grant consent. It is not a public consumer product and is not offered as a hosted service to third-party Adobe customers unless we explicitly agree otherwise in writing.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site or tooling to break the law, abuse Adobe or other third-party APIs, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with service integrity. Keep credentials secret. You are responsible for actions taken with tokens issued to your Adobe account.
Third-party services
Adobe Lightroom and related Adobe products are governed by Adobe's own terms and privacy policies. Our tooling depends on Adobe APIs and may stop working if Adobe changes access, review, or entitlement rules.
Content and IP
Site content is owned by Mister Shamir ApS or used with permission. Photos and catalogs accessed through Adobe remain subject to your rights and Adobe's platform rules. Do not copy or redistribute site materials without permission.
Disclaimer
The site and agent tooling are provided as-is. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent allowed by Danish law, Mister Shamir ApS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or Adobe integrations.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Courts of Copenhagen have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
