Who we are

This policy covers Mister Shamir ApS (CVR 46483901), Torvegade 66, 1400 København K, email contact@mistershamir.com. It applies to https://mistershamir.com and to internal software agents that access Adobe Lightroom and other Adobe services on behalf of contact@mistershamir.com.

What we process

Depending on the tool in use, we may process:

  • Account identity and contact details (name, email).
  • Adobe authentication tokens and API credentials needed to access Lightroom cloud content you authorize.
  • Photo library metadata and images from your Lightroom catalog (albums, filenames, capture dates, ratings, and similar organizational fields).
  • Operational logs needed to run and debug the agent tooling.

Why we process it

Processing is for operating Mister Shamir ApS systems and for organizing, reviewing, and managing Lightroom content under accounts we control. We do not sell personal data.

Where it is stored

Credentials and tokens for agent access are stored in encrypted password management and on secured local configuration paths. Lightroom content remains in Adobe's cloud unless you export or download it. Website hosting and related infrastructure may process request logs as part of normal service delivery.

Sharing

We share data with processors only as needed to run the services (for example Adobe for Lightroom APIs, hosting providers for this website). We do not share Lightroom library content with third parties for their marketing.

Retention

We keep account and operational data only as long as needed for the purposes above, legal obligations, or dispute handling. You can revoke Adobe access by removing the integration or rotating credentials.

Your rights

If you are in the EEA/UK, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact contact@mistershamir.com. You may also lodge a complaint with Datatilsynet (Denmark) or your local authority.
