Why it exists
Most schools ask you to pause your life to become a teacher. Yoga Bible's whole design says otherwise: one Yoga Alliance certification at three paces — four intensive weeks, eight balanced ones, or eighteen alongside the job you already have.
Under it sits The Triangle Method — Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, hot yoga and meditation taught as one system — plus specialty courses in inversions, splits and backbends, and a working studio in Christianshavn where trainees teach real bodies, not theory.
