Face 1 of 6: Most of the world lives nowhere near a yoga studio.
The one rule everything follows: classes are joined as they happen, and online participants are never on camera.
The homepage is a full-screen live surface with an editorial countdown clock — the site has no dashboard because it doesn't need one.
Schedule, class types, first-timers, account — faces of a real 3D cube the navigation turns. Visitors never leave the homepage.
Times render in the viewer's own timezone, Copenhagen times are labeled as such, and no datum the backend hasn't confirmed is ever shown — even the viewer count is hidden rather than faked.
Give someone a funded membership; they take over billing whenever they're ready.
Case study
The problem
On-demand libraries are everywhere and nobody finishes them. A class at a fixed time is a commitment device; a recording is a good intention with a play button on it.
What I did
Founder, designer and engineer. The one rule, the player-first site, the 3D page-cube, the streaming integration, the companion app, and the honesty constraints that make the rest defensible.

Architecture
- Next.js with a server-side BFF over Booking Bible for booking, auth, payments and live video — the streaming site owns none of that data itself.
- Mux for live delivery over signed, expiring links; online participants are never on camera.
- The site is one page: a full-screen live surface with an editorial countdown, and a real 3D cube whose faces carry the schedule, class types, first-timers and account.
- Fails closed by design. Times render in the viewer's own timezone, Copenhagen times are labelled as such, and any datum the backend has not confirmed is hidden rather than faked — the viewer count included.
- Runs standalone in mock mode with zero environment variables, so the whole product can be reviewed without a single credential changing hands.
Outcomes
- A live-only streaming product with a companion Expo app on the same API.
- A deletion policy that is the product rather than a compliance footnote.

Why it exists
This room can afford to be playful — the page-cube, the editorial clock, the live player — because the product itself is the interaction.
Built for the studios that can't be everywhere: one camera, one class, streamed once, live. The site's job is to get out of the way and let the player be the whole page.
